My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, although smaller than expected in the Golden section, were well-equipped and the staff promptly addressed a few issues we had initially. However, the lingering smell of cigarettes was a downside. The service was pleasant and the staff were extremely friendly and attentive, although the decor seemed a bit dated. The location was great for a mountain getaway and easily accessible from I-70, but lacking a balcony. The dining options were good, though a little pricey, especially for breakfast. Overall, a satisfactory stay with some room for improvement.

The hotel had a very small room that was supposed to have a separate sitting and dining area, which was disappointing. However, it was quiet and clean. The service on Sunday was exceptional and made up for a previous bad experience with another hotel. The location was well planned and convenient, despite certain closures during our visit. The dining experience was satisfactory overall, with some room for improvement. The facilities were adequate for a comfortable stay.
